b) A representative can send you an email where you simply click on a hyperlink, or
c) A representative can give you a Session Key that you enter into the field.
When prompted to "Run or Save or Cancel" the downloadable file, click RUN - twice.
Then click "Allow viewing and share control of your mouse and keyboard"
You are always in control and will see what is being done at all times. A representative cannot login to your PC without your approval.
